Peter M. Young

Peter M. Young is an associate at the law firm and practices in the Rhinelander, Wausau and Stevens Point offices. Upon graduating from Rhinelander High School, Mr. Young went on to receive his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a dual-major in Legal Studies and Political Science. After working as a paralegal for a large litigation firm in Chicago, Mr. Young returned to his native Wisconsin and enrolled in Marquette University Law School's juris doctor program, graduating with a law degree in 2009.

While attending law school, Mr. Young worked as a law-clerk in the firm's Milwaukee office and served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Additionally, he was a member of the Marquette Law School Moot Court Society and was selected to compete in the Evan A. Evans Moot Court Competition, a national competition hosted by the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Mr. Young's practice includes personal injury claims, automobile accidents, products liability claims, landowner liability claims, fall cases, dog bites and animal injury cases. He is admitted to practice before the State of Wisconsin and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. Additionally, Mr. Young is a member of the Forest County Potawatomi Tribal Bar, and is licensed to practice in Potawatomi Tribal Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Oneida-Vilas-Forest County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.

Mr. Young lives in Rhinelander and enjoys many outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting, skiing and backpacking.
