5-year-old Izaya Baiz-Hickley was killed after crawling in to a nearby utility box in his apartment complex.  He was electrocuted. A Fond du Lac man collided with another car while driving south in the northbound lane of Highway 45. The driver and her 14 year old daughter were both in the car.
