Health officials are against the bill, though, citing a 35-person campylobacteria outbreak in Walworth County caused by raw milk consumption. A 47-year-old grandmother at Lincoln Park Zoo in Manitowoc, Wis., ignored the signs posted in front of the bear cage that prohibit feeding the animal Friday morning, police said, and was bitten by the creature. A 34-year-old Wisconsin Rapids man was seriously injured in a two-car crash Saturday evening. He was taken by helicopter to Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield, authorities say, where he remains in serious condition.
