Wisconsin Lawmaker Hits Bicyclist

A Wisconsin lawmaker recently struck a bicyclist after he failed to stop at a red light.  The Wisconsin lawmaker is Representative Fred Clark,  a Democrat from Baraboo.  

Emergency officials showed up to the scene of the accident to offer assistance and investigate the crash.  The lawmaker was issued an $88 dollar ticket for running the red light and causing the accident. 

The bicyclist was taken to a hospital and treated for his injuries following the accident.
