A Wisconsin man has been charged with vehicular homicide following a fatal September 14 car accident in Iowa.

The man was driving his 2003 Toyota Tundra when he lost control of the vehicle while taking a turn.  The truck hit an embankment and rolled, throwing the 27-year-old passenger to his death.  Official investigation showed that the man had been driving wrecklessly, which led to the accident.
