A Wisconsin man was involved in a truck accident in Washington whe he fell asleep at the wheel.
The 53-year-old man was carrying a load of frozen produce when the accident occurred. The man fell asleep at the wheel around 5 a.m. causing his vehicle to go off of the side of the road and crash into the median near mile marker 236.
The left lanes of both the north and southbound side of the highway were closed so that emergency crews could clean up the scene. The driver did not suffer any serious injury and an investigation into the accident is currenlty underway.
